Damaged order

• Rough delivery

Send us a picture of the damaged product. We will re-make your order for you and send it back for free, hoping that the second delivery will be without accidents.

• Wear & tear from use

Send us a picture of the worn product. If the product is repairable, send it to us and we will gladly repair your order! The repair costs are half the price of the worn product.

If the product is not repairable, we will let you know that we cannot make a repair.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data to third parties. The use of your data is for the purpose of operating the site and improving your customer experience.

Refund Policy

You have every right to not like what you receive: we accept refunds for necklaces and barrettes for reasons of dissatisfaction, within 30 days after purchase. We start to count the 30 days 5 days after your purchase, to account for the delivery time. 

Terms :

Necklace and barrette in new or near new condition, with no damage.

Refund :

We ask you to return the jewel to the address indicated on the back of your package at your expense. Following receipt of the returned package, we will make the refund through the paypal payment platform.

Shipping Policy

We deliver in France and internationally, from France.

Carrier: La Poste

This carrier undertakes to deliver your parcels to you in 5 days, in France and abroad.

The shipping costs are offered to VIP members, when their purchase doesn't go over 500g ; or during special promotions. 

Except for these aforementioned conditions, the shipping costs are your responsibility, whether the delivery is made in France or internationally.

Delivery issues :

In the event of a problem concerning the delivery, contact 3631 (tracking service at La Poste), then contact me.

If you still do not receive your package or if your package has been lost, I will resend another package containing your order free of charge.
